As energy and carbon prices rise, costs are passed on directly by suppliers. A programme to manage supply chain carbon offers the opportunity to limit these current and future cost liabilities.

The process can also strengthen supplier relationships by working towards shared goals of reducing costs and carbon, whilst supporting CSR and sustainability objectives. Managing your supply chain carbon helps you reduce costs and strengthen supplier relationships.

With robust evidence of any wastage, we’ll then target areas to action and work with your suppliers to drive out carbon heavy components. We’ll also help you adjust your procurement and logistics strategies and actively help your suppliers improve their processes.
