Head of Marketing

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a unique person to join the team. This is no fluffy marketing role. It will require B2B technical understanding and capability with analytics.

So you’ll either already have a broad marketing background or be well on your way to achieving it as one of your goals, with Marketing experience already banked either through the graphic design route or via digital marketing or preferably both. This is a perfect opportunity for someone committed to a career in marketing and for the right person a chance to significantly build out a general marketing foundation as you’ll have access to projects across the entire business that will cover the full range of marketing disciplines.

A bonus if you already have a Marketing qualification or are working towards it, but we’ll support you through your professional training right through to CIM chartership if not.  In return you’ll offer a rolled-up sleeves approach, providing marketing services on a broad range of activities for our internal stakeholders, happy running multiple projects and often to tight deadlines.

If this feels like your next move then we’d love to hear from you.  Just send us your CV along with a covering letter that explains why you’re the difference we need – and we’ll be in touch.

You’ll be based from one of our offices to suit you. So that’s either Corsham (Wiltshire), Central London or Chorley (Lancs), although our preference would be in the south-west alongside the rest of the Marketing team.

This role can be either full time, reduced hours over 5 days a week or even part-time, to suit the right person. Hybrid working is standard, with two days minimum in the office as our norm for a 5-day week. We’re looking for someone who can work between 20 and 30 hours per week minimum. Home and remote based arrangements in certain circumstances are also an option.
