Alex is the service lead for GRESB and disclosure frameworks (ESRS, CSRD and ISSB) within the Construction and Real Estate sector, responsible for delivering GRESB advisory and helping clients achieve high-quality, transparent disclosures aligned with investor expectations.
He has extensive experience in carbon accounting, assurance and sustainability reporting across complex real estate portfolios, telecommunications companies and private estates. Alex helps clients align with frameworks such as IFRS S1 and S2, TCFD, SECR, ESOS, GRESB and UK SRS. He delivers robust data analysis and assurance aligned with ISSA 5000.
Alex has led projects to validate sustainability disclosures, develop net zero strategies and implement best-practice carbon accounting approaches. This includes helping a global real estate manager with over $1 billion in assets to strengthen its reporting framework and improve data consistency.
With a strong background in data analytics and tools such as Power BI, Alex delivers high-quality assurance and reporting engagements, providing accurate, compliant and decision-useful outputs while supporting clients in navigating evolving disclosure requirements.
