Katherine is the service lead for reporting within the Construction and Real Estate sector.

She has extensive experience working on complex ESG reporting programmes for global real estate investors and large retail clients. Her work in this area includes project management, programme mobilisation, collaboration with stakeholders, data quality analysis, and delivery of internal and external reporting outputs – the latter including SECR, REEB and GRESB – on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

She is one of BIP.Verco’s SECR specialists, having managed SECR programmes for multiple clients in various sectors over three years.

Katherine has project-managed ISSA- and ISO-aligned verification and assurance programmes for clients, helping them strengthen data quality and provide greater confidence in reported sustainability metrics. Deliverables included both quarterly verification and annual assurance, as well as support for external audit processes.

Katherine’s style is detail-oriented and analytical, focusing on accuracy of outputs. She is keen to help clients deliver high-quality, investor-aligned disclosures.
