Ryan is the service lead for CDP and GRI within the team, responsible for shaping and delivering BIP.Verco’s CDP and GRI advisory offering. This includes leading the development of methodologies, managing delivery across multiple CDP and GRI engagements, ensuring quality assurance and consistency of outputs, and acting as a technical point of contact for both clients and internal teams. He helps organisations improve CDP scores, strengthen climate disclosures and align reporting with broader frameworks such as TCFD and CSRD.

Since joining Verco in 2023, Ryan has supported clients across a range of sectors in quantifying value chain GHG emissions and developing net zero targets. He has strong technical expertise in GHG accounting methodologies and emissions inventories, which he applies to complex Scope 3 assessments and client-specific reporting challenges.

Ryan has developed advanced knowledge in climate modelling and applies both qualitative and quantitative research methods through TCFD scenario analysis and large-scale annual reporting projects. He combines technical analysis with clear communication, translating complex data into actionable insights and executive-level outputs.

He has delivered disclosure and reporting support for several major clients.

He is a specialist in climate-related disclosure, with extensive project management experience delivering TCFD-aligned scenario analysis projects. He has acted as both project manager and technical lead on multiple engagements, with responsibility for end-to-end delivery, including scenario selection, modelling approach, qualitative and quantitative analysis, and the development of clear, decision-ready reporting outputs.
