Saif is a Consultant in the ESG Excellence: Data Science & Management team at BIP.Verco. He has over 7 years of experience in real estate analysis and over 5 years in sustainability reporting and ESG advisory.
Saif delivers client projects focused on environmental performance reporting and carbon emissions. These include cyclical sustainability reporting and annual disclosures such as GRESB and REEB submissions.
Saif has experience across the full ESG data lifecycle, from onboarding and managing client portfolios within third-party data platforms such as Deepki and IBM Envizi, through to data validation, quality assurance, analytics, and the development of tailored reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau and advanced Excel modelling.
Saif has strong experience supporting verification projects. He specialises in the technical review of data quality, data management processes, reporting methodologies and control frameworks. He works with clients to assess the robustness of reporting systems, identify control weaknesses, and improve the reliability and transparency of ESG data.
Saif combines strong technical, analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on continuous improvement. He helps clients enhance the quality, accessibility, and value of their ESG data while reducing manual effort through automation and digitalisation.
