BIP.Verco supports ISAB with the Energy Release 2.0 scheme in Italy, resulting in the award of 577.50 GWh

BIP.Verco is proud to have supported the leading Italian independent refiner ISAB throughout the participation process for the Energy Release 2.0 scheme.

Energy Release 2.0 is a GSE-promoted initiative that enables energy-intensive companies to access renewable energy at preferential conditions.

BIP.Verco managed their competitive procedure at all stages of the process, including:

  • participation strategy;
  • tender management; and
  • contract execution.

This resulted in the award of 577.50 GWh, which was delegated to Enfinity Global and Qualitas Energy.

The advisory journey

    We hosted an orientation workshop and defined the participation strategy for the competitive procedure.

  2. Tender management
    We managed operations for the third-party selection procedure. We also oversaw the entire tender process.

  3. Bid evaluation
    Our experts conducted a technical and economic analysis of the bids received. This included counterparty benchmarking and a final recommendation.

  4. Legal support
    We provided legal assistance throughout negotiation and contract structuring, and during the execution of agreements.
