Verco’s Director of Real Estate to speak at Bueno’s Beyond the Meter event
Verco is pleased to be partnering with smart building analytics platform Bueno for an event in London on 9th October.
The event, Beyond the Meter: Decarbonising Buildings at Scale with Smart Building Analytics, will bring real estate professionals together to discuss performance optimisation, emissions reduction, and scaling sustainability across portfolios.
Attendees will hear from industry leaders about how analytics can bridge the gap between net zero goals for buildings and their real-world performance.
Verco’s Director of Real Estate, Andries van der Walt, will join experts from Accenture, FPC Digital and Ashdown Phillips & Partners on a panel about the realities of implementation. Together, they will outline key challenges, such as integration hurdles, and talk about how platform interoperability and aligning client objectives with practical delivery can drive progress. Their session will also touch on how AI can be used to reduce deployment timelines, and how it’s changing the service delivery model.

Andries heads up Verco’s dedicated real estate team, providing an integrated and comprehensive set of ESG services to some of the world’s leading real estate companies. He has over 20 years’ experience advising businesses on their decarbonisation journeys.
