  • Verco, partnering with Australian experts and the Better Buildings Partnership (BBP), is leading the ground breaking ‘Design for Performance’ initiative to develop an operational energy performance rating guarantee scheme for new office buildings in the UK.

  • With support from investors, developers, industry bodies and NGOs, pilot studies are testing in real UK development projects key ingredients which support the NABERS Energy Commitment Agreement, a process which helps office buildings in Australia to achieve in operation the energy performance promised at project initiation.
