Phil is part of the Deliver for zero team, where he works with real estate clients to develop technically viable pathways towards net zero performance.
Phil makes use of his broad engineering experience and analytical skillset to support the whole Net Zero Audit process, from engaging with site personnel and collecting data through to predicting the impact of various measures on the energy and carbon performance of different assets.
As a licensed NABERS Energy Assessor, Phil is working to expand Verco’s service offering around NABERS, and also provides early occupation support to buildings with ambitious rating targets.
